1. What Fexlo is

Fexlo is a browser extension for collecting, organising, comparing and exporting public product-catalogue data from websites you choose. By creating an account or using the extension you agree to these terms.

2. Early Access and pricing

Fexlo is in Early Access and is free for now. No payment details are collected and no payment is required. We have not announced future pricing; we may introduce paid plans or change what is free later, and will tell you in the extension before anything you rely on becomes paid. Nothing in this version promises that Fexlo will stay free.

3. Your account

You must give accurate details, keep your password secret and be at least 16. During Early Access an account may be activated without verifying your email address; in that case we do not treat the address as proof of identity, and we may ask you to verify it later. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in the extension.

4. Acceptable use

You will use Fexlo only for lawful purposes and in line with the terms of the websites you read. In particular you will not:

  • collect non-public data, data behind a login or paywall, or personal data about individuals;
  • try to bypass a website's technical protections (robots.txt, rate limits, bot checks, CAPTCHAs, authentication), or use proxies/rotation/disguise to evade them;
  • use Fexlo to overload, degrade or attack a website, or to copy protected content you have no right to use;
  • resell access to Fexlo, or use it to harm anyone;
  • tamper with the extension, its account checks, or the service.

You decide which websites to read and what to do with the data; you are responsible for having the right to do so (copyright, database rights, website terms, data-protection law). Fexlo reads public catalogue files at a gentle pace and stops when a site refuses, but it cannot know a particular website's rules for you.

5. Your data

Data you collect stays on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You own your exports. We do not have a copy and cannot recover it for you; export what matters.

6. Suspension, pause and changes

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or harms others, pause extraction for everyone (for example to protect websites or the service), change or discontinue features, or end Early Access. Suspension or a pause does not delete your saved data or stop you exporting it. We will try to give notice where practical.

7. No warranty

Fexlo is provided “as is” and “as available”. Websites change and may refuse requests; results can be partial and are labelled as such. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a purpose, and nothing here is professional advice.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim relating to Fexlo is limited to the amount you paid for it, which during Early Access is zero. Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the law of the place where the operator is established, without removing any protection that the law of your country of residence gives you.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the new date will be shown, and continued use after notice means you accept them. If you disagree, delete your account and uninstall.
