Install and get started
Fexlo is a Chrome extension. It is in Early Access and free for now; future pricing has not been announced.
Install
- From the Chrome Web Store: use the Add to Chrome button on this site. Install only from the official Fexlo listing linked here.
- Requirements: Google Chrome 116 or newer.
- Updating: Chrome updates the extension from the listing automatically.
First use
- Click the Fexlo icon. You can try the demo first: it uses clearly labelled made-up data and never contacts a website.
- Create an account (name, email, password). During Early Access an account may be activated without verifying your email address; Fexlo shows this plainly and does not treat the address as proof of identity.
- Extract one page: open a product list in Chrome, open Fexlo and choose the detected table. Review, edit, remove rows, then download CSV or JSON.
- Read a whole store: on a store that publishes a public catalogue, choose Extract catalogue. Results are saved in your Library.
- Bulk Fetch: paste several website links, choose which products you want from each (device type, brand, keywords, price, model/SKU, a maximum number), review, allow access for those sites in Chrome's prompt, and start. Pause, resume, stop and retry from the batch screen.
- Product Insights (its own tab): choose finished batches and saved catalogues and see cross-store price ranges (open any group to see the listings behind it), availability, prices worth a second look, a per-store data-quality view and what changed since an earlier capture. You can switch prices to "only listings the stores say are available". It is calculated on your device and states how many listings each figure is based on.
- Home: the full-page workspace opens with an overview of your latest batch and recent datasets, and the next steps.
Permissions Fexlo asks for
Fexlo has no access to any website when installed. It asks Chrome for access to each website you list in Bulk Fetch, one at a time, from your click. You can withdraw it any time (Chrome → Extensions → Fexlo → Site access).
Troubleshooting
- "Blocked" on a site: the site refused (403), asked Fexlo to slow down (429), redirected or showed a bot check. Fexlo stops and does not try to get past it. Try later, or not at all.
- "Skipped: not a supported source": the site does not publish a public Shopify-style product list.
- "Completed with warnings": read the note on the row (a product limit, no match for your filters, unconfirmed completeness).
- Password reset is unavailable until email delivery is configured; the app says so instead of pretending to send a link.
- Saved data stays on your device even if the account service is unreachable; new extractions need the service to confirm access.
